ADCC Georgia (“we”, “us”) organises submission grappling events in Tbilisi, Georgia. For any privacy question, contact us at .
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Application forms (Join the team): your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city, languages, links to your social media or portfolio, your experience, and your answers to our questions.
- Next-event notification list: your email address and, if you give it, your name, so we can tell you when the next event is announced. You can ask us to remove you at any time.
- Messages: anything you write to us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, including your contact details and, for tickets or merchandise, your order details.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and has no analytics. Your language choice is saved only in your own browser and is never sent to us.
How we use your information
- To review your application and decide on referees, organisation team members and media accreditation.
- To contact you about your application, an event or your question.
- To organise and run our events.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Legal basis
We process your information based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on our forms, and in order to reply to your requests. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who receives your information
We use trusted services to run this website. They process data only to provide their service:
- Web3Forms delivers the application forms to our email inbox.
- Google (Gmail) hosts our email inbox.
- GitHub (GitHub Pages) hosts this website and may log technical data, such as your IP address, when you visit.
- Google Fonts provides the fonts of this website, so your browser connects to Google servers and your IP address is visible to them.
- Smoothcomp handles event registration on its own website, under its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook (Meta) process your messages if you contact us there.
We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep applications and messages only as long as we need them to consider your application, plan our events and answer you. We delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to and we will reply as soon as possible. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
Photos and videos at our events
Our events are public. We and accredited media may take photos and videos at events and publish them on this website and on our social media to promote ADCC Georgia. If you do not want to appear in a photo or video, or you want one removed, email us with a link to it and we will remove it.
Security and children
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. The application forms on this website are meant for adults (18 and over). Athletes register through Smoothcomp.
